FAQ

    • How do I add an item?
      Open Willventory, tap +, add the item details and photo, then tap Save.

    • Can I edit or delete items?
      Yes. Open the item, then tap Edit or Delete.

    • How do I view my items?
      From the Home screen, use Search to find items quickly. You can also switch between tile and list view. In list view, you can sort by Name, Value, or Beneficiary.

    • How do I export my inventory to PDF?

      Open the export option in the app and generate a PDF copy of your inventory. You can then save it, email it, or print it for safekeeping

    • How does private sharing work?

      If you’re on Pro, you can create a private share link for a trustee, executor, family member, or legal counsel. You can also add optional PIN protection and regenerate the link at any time.

    • What does Plus include?
      Plus increases your item limit to 100, includes 100 AI credits per month, and allows multiple images per item.

    • What does Pro include?
      Pro includes everything in Plus, along with unlimited items, unlimited AI credits, and a private share link with QR code and optional PIN protection. Pro also includes a QR code in exported PDFs.

    • I upgraded but it didn’t unlock—what do I do?‍ ‍Please contact support using the form above and include the email address linked to your purchase.

    • The app won’t load / crashes
      Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app, restart your iPhone, and try again. If the issue continues, reinstall the app.

    • Photos won’t attach to items
      Check your photo permissions in iOS:
      Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Willventory → Allow Access.

    • I can’t find an item
      Use Search first, then check the item’s category or location filters.
