FAQ

    • How do I add an item?
      Open Willventory → tap + → add details and a photo → Save.

    • Can I edit or delete items?
      Yes. Open an item → tap Edit (or Delete) to update details.

    • How do I organize items?
      Use categories and locations (e.g., Kitchen, Garage, Safe, Storage Unit) and search anytime.

    • What does Plus include?
      Plus increases your item limit to 100 and unlocks additional features.

    • What does Pro include?
      Pro unlocks unlimited items and advanced features.

    • How do I restore purchases?
      Open Willventory → Settings → Restore Purchases.
      Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID used to buy the upgrade.

    • I upgraded but it didn’t unlock—what do I do?

    1. Tap Restore Purchases

    2. Close and reopen the app

    3. Confirm you’re on the correct Apple ID

    4. If it still doesn’t unlock, contact support with a screenshot

    • The app won’t load / crashes
      Update the app, restart your iPhone, then try again. If needed, reinstall the app.

    • Photos won’t attach to items
      Check iOS permissions: Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Willventory → Allow Access.

    • I can’t find an item
      Use Search and confirm the correct category/location.
